Great service, on time as scheduled. Delivery driver was very thoughtful when leaving pallets I ordered Hard wood of 11 skids from Richmond which was shipped with Same Day to Chilliwack Excellent service! Got call - SKIDS arrived in great shape and right when they said they would arrive. And we are a ferry ride away!

I had contacted Blue Star (located in Craigs List). I asked for references. They referred me to this site. I do not know if this is the same company so I do not wish to discredit Vantage Movers, but I will never deal with Blue Star again. I did not feel I was dealing with professionals. I was providing a 26ft Uhaul truck and I had asked them what equipment was needed. They did not bring straps nor ties. They complained about the weight of one piece of furniture, and the lack of ties. They thought the drawers were still full! That was not the case. They did not use a single blanket which I provided. I believe one or two items got scratched. I think there was relunctance to do the second move (which was to empty a second locker). They could not figure how to position a sofa in order to make more space in my 26ft Uhaul truck. I had to resolve several moving challenges: I bought boxes empty drawers that were empty! I bought ropes to replace the missing ties. I told them how to protect the glass coffee table top that was bubble wrapped (tuck it between the mattresses). Ditto for the very light but long sofa (raise it and or tilt it). Their quote was a 4 hr minimum plus 1 hr travel time, $360. To secure the move I sent $280 electronically. To complete the move, they charged a second travel time plus additional two hours for the second location. They asked for payment in advance. I complied. Big mistake. It was a 30 minute drive to the second location. Total moving time for both locations was 3 hr and 45 minutes (I did not get 2 hours of moving for the second stop, only 45 minutes). I had to finish the second move myself. I felt cheated. Of course I was a fool for paying in advance for the second move. Please proceed with caution if you call Blue Star and they refer you to this site.

Avoid this company if you need a reliable mover. I booked with this company (also known as BlueStar Movers on Craigslist, which has the same phone number) a month in advance for Nov 24 and received a confirmation number. The week of the move, I asked whether they can put 3 movers (rather than 2) on the job because I potentially wanted a piano moved and they will only do it if there were 3 people. He kept telling me he would get right back to me and I kept following up for a few days. Finally 3 days before the move date, no reponses to txt, calls and voicemails to confirm 2 or 3 movers or anything else. I was getting nervous that no one would show up the morning of the move. I called and texted a number of times a day leading up to the move (no response), and finally found another moving company the morning of the move. I never ended up hearing back from this company. If you use this company, you could be in a situation where you need to find new movers the morning of or the day before your move.

I've used Vantage Couriers & Movers at the Vancouver office for the past nine months and have had fabulous service. They've consistently delivered for our company on time, and are great about calling if there are any issues with a pick-up. I recently used them for a massive batch of deliveries/pick-ups and they went off without any hitches. Prices are fair, and delivery windows are reasonable. I'm also a fan of their whole lower mainland delivery system which is very professional. I will definitely continue to make use of them!

I would give zero or negative ratings if I could. Worst experience ever. We were told the night before they will come at 10 am, but they never showed up. They were booked a few weeks in advance. They also go by a different name (Punjab movers). They have the same phone numbers. They never answered phone calls the day of the job and two days later still haven’t gotten any explanations. Even if they had an emergency, it’s common courtesy to let the customer know they won’t be able to do the job.

I've used VANTAGE MIOVERS 2 years ago Surrey to Richmond. Last November, it was time for me to move again and I've called my trusted movers VANTAGE MOVERS. They were right on time, professional and friendly. The move went without a hitch. As usual, they've done a great job. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Excellent job on moving my 3 bedroom condo to a house. All was wrapped up and unwrapped and safely moved out and into my new house. They took especially good care moving my upright piano (for which I wasn't charged extra, by the way). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY DID NOT SHOW UP!!! What an a! I booked a month ago, I talked to them the day before and the reception woman reconfirmed the time/date. I called them in the morning to give them instruction where to park the truck and they said ok they are on the way. They didn't show up past the time, so I called again and the man on the phone said the movers are on the way, and that he will call them. I waited again, 30 min. past, I called again and now no one answered the phone in the next 2 hours. We booked and paid fees for move out and move in for two elevators from two apartments but they never showed up and did not answer the phone!!! and we spent next 2 hours like crazy panicing trying to find another movers!!!! Luckily, I found movinginvancouver .ca who helped me urgently in the next hour! DO NOT USE this Vantage courier movers - its a big disadvantage!!! This is beyond just failing the business/bad customer service, this is a lawsuit case for compensation damages!!!
