I used Hamid to take over a botched job by another tiler. He came to my rescue and knocked the job out of the park, he was punctual, polite, to the penny on price and the workmanship was flawless. We had wall and floor tile installed and when I explained we wanted a glass enclosure for the shower he had the crew come measure up then fabricate then install a beautiful surround. If you are looking for no stress and attention to detail then you have found the dream team. Thank you Hamid and your men for making my job an easy pleasurable experience, I would recommend you to anyone and will in the future.

Cannot recommend Hamid and his team enough. I originally hired Hamid to support with my bathroom and kitchen tiling project, but quickly decided to use him as my general contractor for the whole renovation. I'm writing this review because I would have never found him without trusting Google reviews, so I hope you can trust this one! Hamid is honest and clear in his communication, while offering fair and transparent pricing. He was kind and patient with all my questions and concerns, and completed my project on time and on budget. Not to mention the quality of my renovation met my high standards (even though my budget was modest). As well, the teams that he works with (plumbing, countertops, etc.) were extremely professional and hardworking. You hear such horrible stories about contractors and renovations in Vancouver, and I just feel so grateful I found Hamid.

We highly recommend Hamid to anyone who is looking for a reliable contractor. He did a fantastic (and according to other contractors we considered, "impossible") job renovating our bathrooms! We had a very short overlap (less than three weeks) between when we possessed our new place and moved out from the old place. We had planned to use the overlap to completely renovate two bathrooms in our new place. Looking for contractors who would help us with the renovation project, the first question we asked everyone was whether it is doable, given our timeline. Hamid assured us that it can be done. He quickly put together a quote and even directly communicated with the strata in a very effective manner to get their approval. The strata required us to get a permission from the City for the electrical work. Hamid again reassured us that the project can still be completed within our time frame, even if permits are required. The next hurdle for us was to find bathroom fixtures (faucets, sinks, bathtub, etc.) in a pandemic-stricken market where everyone else was also apparently renovating their bathrooms! Hamid referred us to a supplier who promised that he can order and get us all that we needed within the timeframe of our project. When the project was going on Hamid communicated regularly and updated us on the project’s progress. If we asked for something that wasn’t part of the initial quote, he explained our options and gave us recommendations. He coordinated the demolition, plumbing, electrical work, cabinetry, tiling, and installing the glass door and new fixtures. The renovation project included turning a bathtub in one of the bathrooms to a custom standing shower (including a custom bathroom niche) and replacing the toilets, the sinks, the vanities and installing a medicine cabinet and a mirror, in addition to installing pot lights and new exhaust fans in both bathrooms. Also, he coordinated the painting in three rooms in addition to the bathroom renovation project. Whatever we’d expect from a great contractor, Hamid delivered most effectively: 1-He finished the job within a very short timeframe—a timeframe that other contractors told us is impossible to be met. He even encouraged us to book our movers on the last day of the project, so we were confident that he will meet the deadline. 2-He communicated effectively with all parties involved (strata, tradespersons, us, the supplier, etc.) and updated us on the project’s progress regularly. 3-He explained our options (e.g., tiles, vanity tops, etc.) and shared recommendations. 4-The quote/estimate he provided was accurate. There were no surprise costs. 5-He had connections with suppliers who he was confident would be able to deliver on their promises. 6-He followed up on the project after it was completed and quickly addressed small issues (e.g., installing a t-moulding that needed to replace a reducer after installing the new floor tiles) or finishing touches (e.g., applying sealant to tiles). All in all, if you are looking for a contractor who is great at time-management and coordination, is an excellent communicator, keeps their promises and meets their commitments, we definitely recommend Hamid. Our project could have not been completed in a shorter timeframe! He went above and beyond our expectations.

I had every tile guy's worst nightmare of a tiling job -uneven floors, bowed walls and tight timeline -Hamid's team were excellent, correcting the problems, doing it on time and most importantly, keeping the job on budget. The final result was more than I expected and I couldn't be happier.

We Hamid to remove our old kitchen backsplash, fix the drywall and install the new tiles. Hamid was very responsive from the quote request all the way to finishing the job. His crew was professional and the tiler Daniel was very precise. Would certainly hire them again!

A a General Contractor on the Sunshine Coast Good Tilers are hard to come by. The tiler we hired to tile 2 bathrooms walked out on the job a quarter of the way through. I called Hamid and he came out that same day and was working 12 hours later. Hamid's professionalism in identifying problems and offering solutions was seamless and well received. His team is efficient and experienced. We had an exceptional experience and consider him a close friend now. Despite the difficult geometry that would be daunting to any professional Hamid exuded an well deserved confidence in completing the project at the highest of quality. Communication with Hamid was concise and exacting in its purpose resulting in a peace of mind rarely found in the industry. Pricing was fair and happily paid. Thanks to him we were able to finish the project on time and our clients were extremely happy with his work.
