Expect very long working hours on weekdays and to be working on weekends often as well with no additional compensation or appreciation.
The estimating department is very poorly managed and you as an estimator are expected to ignore your work-life balance in order to compensate for the shocking lack of leadership in the department.
If you intent to work here as an estimator, all I can offer is this warning and my condolences.

โ โ โ โ โ The only advantage to join thing this company as the first impression is the payment which is relatively higher than other industries, but for that you have to work long hours. Other than long hours of working, if the project is joint-venture with Basix, get ready for surprise behaviors. Not going to too much details... My point applies only for J/V not the Van Pile itself.
