★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers around there like to harass people doing legal activities on the public sidewalks. They really have to learn their boundaries and stop bugging people in public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The land it's situated on is incredibly beautiful, but as the park is owned by UVic expect high prices for food in the cafeteria and parking. Also lately it's been flooded with construction and long delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owned by UVIC properties so what do you expect. Only care about profit. Expensive rates for leasing. Does not maintain the building well. Farms parking out to companies that also only care about profit. Gym seems dangerous (equipment not well kept)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little remote, but has a cafe and is walking distance to Camosun College, which has a student cooking program with good lunches. I think the gym is free for tenant employees. Nice walking trails in the area.
