The worst movers ever. And we had three people helping them. The driver left 8 pieces of furniture behind in the alley....

They were punctual and took great care of my stuff. It took 45mins. And we were done. They were so friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone on a budget in Vancouver. :)

Genuinely among the most stressful experiences of my adult life. Here I was thinking I'd be chilling while two friendly buff dudes carried my stuff efficeintly and well protected. NOT THE CASE. The weary-looking owner (Jamin) started half an hour late (which he charged me for), tried to guilt me for getting a ticket and literally did the entire move IN FLIP FLOPS. He and his partner Paul tried to stack up a bunch of my things in one go, and ended up dumping the contents of various boxes on the ground. They broke my handmade / Japanese ceramics (Hasami mug!), some electronics, and hasitly shoved it all back into the boxes without once acknowledging what happend or apologizing. And then the same ordeal happened AGAIN, and Paul said "oh, how did that happen". I was so freaked out at this point that I had to call a (white, male) friend over to supervise, help them load stuff and help me feel safe, because these two individuals were not capable of the job they were hired for. The move itself was painstakingly slow. Between Jamin shuffling down the sidwalk in his flip flops holding a box I could have sprinted with, and his partner, who would not stop making a multitude of remarks, moving a 550 sq ft studio (with an elevator) INTO the van took them TWO HOURS. Once they got to the other side, I realized I needed to help. Doing half the move myself, we finished up in about half an hour. Paul kept saying they were out of shape (evident), even though this was apparently their job. Jamin was gruff and unfriendly, remarkably unprofessional and just absurdly bad at his job. It felt like I had dragged an unwitting subrban bystander off the streets and forced him to help me move. They also seem to have several ghost companies that I will be posting this review to. The phone numbers are all the same. In sum, they broke hundreds of dollars worth of my things and didn't say a word about it, took a ridiculous amount of time to do a simple move and needed someone helping them on either side to get it done before dawn. I could 100% have done the same move with two other people in a similar amount of time, without breaking things and sprouting greys.

If you are looking for a quick affordable and painless move to your new home this is the company to use! I spoke to Marc over Facebook the night before I needed to move and he was able to sort me out the next day. I arranged for the drivers to come round at 9:30am. They called me 15 minutes early to tell me they they were almost there and arrived on point. Both the guys were very friendly, professional and fast. I highly recommend this service!

VERY SLEAZY!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! They caused $400 worth of damages to my apartment building and have refused to compensate me for the damages. They smashed their truck into an overhanging sign pole outside the building and scraped paint off the side of the apartment building. The driver didn't notice they had smashed into the pole and continued backing into it (almost knocking it over) until I pointed it out.. I now have to sue them for the damages. The company is NOT REGISTERED on any BC business registry or the Better Business Bureau.
