This company is questionable. A birthday basket I ordered was advertised To Be delivered the next day if I ordered by a certain time, which I did. I received an email saying "it is on the way", less than ten minutes later another email notifying me it was undeliverable. That was not possible as it was a business address, who was open.
I had to email the company to find out why and to get further information, re-delivery which they told me would be an extra charge! I tried calling (automated robot that sounds like you know those scam calls) with no luck, three departments said leave a voicemail.
Three days passed now, after multiple emails from many strange email address's I am told it will be delivered in 1-3 days. I had already asked for a refund, they told me they would Not give me a refund. Horrible customer service. This is not how a trustworthy company does business. You really can't trust anything online..... This basket was finally delivered yesterday. And I have discovered this company is right around the corner from the business address I had the order going to. No excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The package was delivered in a terrible condition and it was totally different than what It was advertised in the website. Worst customer service and I don’t recommend this company at all. After I left this review they answered below that I can reach at an email just to show people they care about customers but they never answer emails.
