★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Will and his team printed our standup banner in under 24 hours, and he even delivered it directly to our office. We had a small hiccup where the rod broke, and Will went above and beyond and replaced it within the next 24 hours. He even came again to show us how to set it up properly this time. We will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Will also made sure I was happy with the finished product by showing it to us and sending a follow up email.

The Retractable Black Banner was a fair price and Will had patiently answered all my questions. When the banner accidentally ripped while we were learning to handle it, Will kindly offered to replace it within 24 hours, free of charge and show me how to handle it for future reference. I would recommend Vancouver Banner due to its stellar customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had stumbles across them online after looking for some vinyl decals, but i had then changed my mine to go and get a banner printed. Something not to large, they did it in such a fast time as well as with such good quality! The night was snowy, so i was unable to get the banner but in the end Will, had shoveled the walk way as he was concerned about my safety. Going the extra mile for customers Thank you once again for such great service and concern for my safety as well!
