The foundation of our business is family. More than three generations of our families have lived and worked in Southern Alberta. The Van Raay and Paskal families joined their feedlot and farming businesses in 2015 to create VRP Farms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16 hour days is a too long period of day shift. 8 feedlots means a lot of driving between feedlots. Log book driving is enough for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrp is too micromanaged, more like working for a big company no longer feels like a family run business. Need a new HR, lots of people have troubles with her. If you are looking 2 work for a feedlot in the area you are better off working for Stronks or Kolks for more family friendly feel. Grate place to learn tho and most of the people you work with are good just get a few bad nuts. ??
