Always a great experience. I've had different nail techs do mani and pedi with shilac polish. Very good at what they do and super friendly. I leave feeling relaxed from the massage chairs and with baby smooth hands/feet.

My experience is always a pleasant one. May is awesome and I'm always satisfied and pleased with my nails, eye brows and leg waxing. She is a very sweet and humble lady. Van the owner is also a wonderful women I have been doing nails with her for the past 20 years. She is very smart and ambitious ❤???

I got a pedicure and manicure with Shellac polish. The cost is much more reasonable than west end places. The are quick and know their work. They are very friendly and welcoming. The BONUS they have every nails color out there by major brands any color you want you’ll definitely find here in many variations of shades too. I highly recommend. Believe me when I say nail salons in the hood are way better. I live in Markham and still go to the hood to do my nails ?

Worst experience ever! I had my toes done first. I had an old set of acrylics and needed to get them removed to get a new set, the guy didn’t even soak my previous set, he started trying to chip the old ones inserting a nail tip between my nail and the fake one, I said it was painful but he just kept going on different fingers until he ripped my actual nail and started bleeding, not just on one finger but two, he didn’t say anything, he didn’t even apologize until I told him to stop whatever he was doing and that I didn’t want anything done anymore, he kept trying to get both of my bleeding fingers to soak in acetone and clean up the blood with alcohol but the pain was really bad and again I told him to clean my nails up and let me go. This lady that seemed to be in charge came to see what was happening and suggested that I still get my set done, they said I still could get my nails done “without getting any infection or fungus” like wth??? I replied that if I wanted to get my nails ripped off I could’ve done it myself and that that’s why I pay, to get it done properly. She just nodded and walked away. The guy kept wiping the blood off my nail but I once more said I didn’t want any service from them and rushed to the exit door, they even had the nerve to run behind me to charge $40 for the pedi he did before and I said really? You just ripped my nails off I’m bleeding, and his response was that it was just an accident. Don’t come to this place, they’re not professional and have no clue of what they’re doing. I really hope I don’t get an infection from them.

This will be my first and LAST time getting my nails done here. After going back and forth with the technician THREE times about how messy the painted toenails look, this is the final product. You can see how sloppy this job is and the tech tried to justify it. The pedicure was beyond rushed (15 minutes), and she became abrasive with my feet when I spoke up about the polish. I still ended up paying which was a terrible mistake on my part! Will never go nor recommend this place.
