★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks amazing - Posts and railings - quick and professional installation. Our existing post and railings were disintegrating. Van Dolders installers Tony and Rob were on time, worked quickly and did an amazing job. They let me know that they anchored those posts securely which was a concern since the existing posts were actually just sitting on the concrete unsecured. The place looks 100% better with the new aluminum posts and railings. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When everyone in Collingwood was too busy or to expensive Van Dolder’s Custom Exteriors stepped up with a section of aluminum fascia that matched the piece that was torn off during a recent high wind event. Jackie B responded to my initial query quickly and also assisted me in picking the correct colour. The fascia was bent and ready for pickup in 2 days!
Quotes from other facilities ranged from $450.00 to $650.00. Van Dolder’s cost was $39.00 for the material. I installed it myself saving a significant amount of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I met with Jamie at the Collingwood location show room and have nothing but good to say about him. He was so friendly and very professional. He showed us all our options and was very patient with us. We never felt rushed at all and he gave us his full attention and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right doors and windows for our home. We was very prompt with emails for any further questions we had.

From our first interaction, via email, right through to the consultation and insulation of our garage door, we had such a positive experience. Ryan was exceptional at guiding us while we selected our door and the insulation occurred in the time frame given. I would recommend Vandolders to anybody looking to perform any upgrades to their home. You won’t be disappointed. Bravo and thank you! I love my new garage door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van Dolders installed windows and siding on our cabin. The cabin looked beautiful for a bit. HOWEVER, the CUSTOMER SERVICE and follow-up were the WORST I have ever encountered anywhere.
They lie when you call to discuss an issue with the work (white dots appeared where every nail went in the siding) to put you off and then when you call back they lie again and tell you you are next on the work list. This went on for 4 years!! I heard every excuse from Jason and Amanda about when the work was going to be repaired. It NEVER happened and we finally gave up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased new windows and doors with Jason at Collingwood Vandolders and we have been so impressed from start to finish. Jason was incredibly patient, knowledgable and understanding while we worked through this process for our first time. He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood.
Tyler and his crew have now come for the installation and we couldn't be more impressed. Everyday we are in awe with the incredible customer service, knowledge and workmanship Tyler and his crew put in. Tyler has been very patient and so friendly through this whole process.
I highly highly recommend Van Dolders for your window and door needs. You will not be dissapointed.
Update:
I had an issue with my front door that is covered under warranty. Jason came october 2021 to advise he will order a new door. It is now mid April and I have sent multiple emails to Jason and he is reluctant to respond. It is incredibly frustrating that I am constantly reaching out without a response. I joked when I said the door would take 6 months to replace and he said absolutely it would not take that long,, but here we are. I liked the original follow through but now that the work is done, There seems to be nothing. And unfortunately this is not the first time I have heard this.
I'm leaving my review as 5 stars because of how incredible Tyler and his team were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a replacement patio door for installation within 3 weeks. Their competitor quoted 12 weeks.
Ryan took my order and indicated that it could be a significant lead time but he would see what he could do. Called me two days later to say he had a crew and wanted to install that day. They showed up on time and were very professional. Performed the job in a couple of hours and it looks great.
Thanks to Ryan (and Paul the scheduler) for going above and beyond.
