I’ve finally given up on this store after wasting my time today only to find that they’ve gotten rid of their change rooms AND have no return policy. The corporate greed is so disgusting. It’s clear that they don’t care about customer experience, rather only about making it as hard as possible for people not to give them money. I guess we’re just supposed to buy something and hope that it fits? Of course if it doesn’t there’s no getting your money back. 14 days to exchange, no returns allowed. On principle alone I will never spend a dime here again.

Security needs to back off they followed me around as if I was going to steal from there. I spend a lot of money there and so does my bf and other friends. Don't judge me because I'm young and dress a certain way. Otherwise it's a decent store

I only go there for books, but their prices really have gone up since last time I was there; the hardcover USED BOOK I wanted was marked $12.99! I can get hardcover books at any other thrift stores for $2.00 Or $3.00 also there is a stench that hits you in the face as soon as you enter the store. So, not going back there anytime soon! Book stores have better deals and they are selling BRAND NEW BOOKS not stinky used ones!

Prices are far too high. I went across the road to the Mission store. Prices were half and the staff were extremely friendly. They are a true charity. I felt ethically better shopping there.

My eldest son is really into second hand and so we went to Value Village for the first time in years and honesty suprised at the prices. I get it its second hand and the big scheme of things affordable, but for a lot of the clothes, if you spend a few extra bucks, you can get it brand new. We decided to check out Talize across the street, he's been there before, so much better! Well organized, and prices were what I would expect for second hand.

Went to do an exchange. Met a supervisor or manager, she is not too friendly. I rather shop at King Geroge branch instead because much much more stuff compare this one.

Found some really nice pieces here! Lots of selection including brand name clothing, household decor, dishware; anything you can think of, really. Prices are pretty expensive for used items, but I still managed to get some good deals. No fitting rooms for clothing try-ons available at this location so hold on to your receipt as they will allow 14 days for an exchange as long as tags are still attached.
