★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No change rooms to try on clothes (which I think is an integral part of thrifting).
If you do buy clothes, it is only a same-day in-store exchange, NOT a refund.
I also find prices are not comparable to other thrift stores of smaller types, which seems counterintuitive given how large of a company VV is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of selections, my only complaint is there are no fitting rooms. This makes buying clothes an extremely frustrating outing. Plus all the gasoline I have to use driving back and forth to return the items that don't work/fit. Only to take the items back and not get my money back but I have to choose more items to take home and try on, praying that they workout/fit...
Please put back the fitting rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to really look forward to a weekly visit to a Value Village. You never know whatcha might find. Now?...what you find is highly overpriced used items where something similar can be found new... in a Giant Tiger or a Walmart.
It's like the light came on for VV two years ago when the saw the success and now the party is over!
Remember.....a deal isn't a deal unless?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a regular shopper at this value village, however not anymore. Prices have gone up. Stock is very much the same. Store is often messy and cluttered. Clothing racks are often so full it’s hard to browse. Last complaint is a biggy for me, I have heard many staff brag on the floor about how they text their friends when something good is coming to the showcase or floor so that they can come pick
It up for them.

In this case the policy should must change it is sometimes difficult to estimate the size of a dress or pants....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Value Village had a great selection of TV series DVD, lots of Spy books, a mixture of Disney DVDs, and many records.
The only problem is that their movies and books are more expensive compared to other Value Villages. But, you may just find an unexpected treasure.
