Bob was sent to Penticton for supplies and the job was finished in the dark. Water was back in time for company arriving January 3. We fully recommend this company!

With the recurrence of another pump failure in spring of this year I developed numerous questions about some concerns. Mike was helpful in explaining a number of things to me including our well history. He explained that from the beginning this was a low flow well and that he did not understand or approve of the the choice of a high-flow variable speed pump with a thermal shut off for this well. This knowledge was not shared with us in 2019. We could have/should have changed to the appropriate pump then and not have needed replacement service 1.5 years later. That plus being significantly overcharged for stainless steel bolts on the 2019 invoice (120 for 4), has led to a loss of confidence in your service. Now we have the same problem being perpetuated with the Grundfos pump sucking our low-flow well dry frequently. I get it, when people get desperate for water they will throw whatever amounts of money at it to get it fixed and then say thankyou. Your company installed a pump that the installer new was a bad match for the well conditions because we didn't know better and it creates repeat service for you. Now what? We pay for his lack of integrity and still have to pay again for the proper solution. We have the wrong pump in our well that will fail again because your informed professional installer put it there. Kelowna Dwayne
