Escalated a very serious case to Toyota Canada who agreed that they don't follow protocol. They're knowledge of their products is very poor. A very unethical business. The general manager and the salesman have tried on numerous occasions to lie repeatedly just to get you to sign the contract. Buyer beware. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Unprofessional and they really don't care about the customer. They just want to make money while cutting corners. Stay away at all costs.
