P	Peter S. Milsom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bob Thompson and family have provided highly responsive and extremely capable service in looking after our septic tank over the past 20+ years. The real acid test for this company came when, on selling our home, we unexpectedly discovered a weakness in one wall of the tank. With very limited time available to have the tank replaced before the new family moved in and in this 2017 summer of rain where all of the land on our property and in the region was too soggy and soft for heavy trucks, the problem looked insurmountable. Mr. Thompson, with a few dry days, found a gap, organized the excavation of the old tank, brought in a new tank to replace it, hooked everything up and all in the space of two days. In one additional day, they brought in topsoil to do a perfect landscaping job and erase all of the deep ruts from the trucks crossing a large property. This was an impeccable performance by a superb company that bent over backwards to find and effect a solution for their client. This company and Mr. Thompson have our strongest possible endorsement as the very best choice for septic system work.

I called the next day and was told that my apt was cancelled. I did not call and cancel the apt the the girl implied that was the only way it would of happen and was rude about it and said no way they could come for another 2 weeks. I was expecting a sorry and well make sure we are there first thing our mistake. Taking my business elsewhere.

I had them replace a septic tank, which ended up involving a reconfiguring of my system from pump-driven to gravity feed (their suggested solution and SO much better!) They explained the various options open to me, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and quickly. They wasted no time scheduling the job, arrived on time exactly as agreed, and were courteous and friendly while on site. Most of all they RESPECTED MY PROPERTY!! They had to remove a portion of a flower garden to be able to get the equipment through. This was done carefully and the plants set aside in the shade to be replanted once the job was done (which they did, and well!). They avoided sensitive areas of the lawn (i.e., the area over the weeping bed), and regraded the whole area to finish the job, including filling in the ruts made by the truck brought in. The whole area looks so much better than it had, and I can finally have peace of mind about the septic system! On top of all of that, the job cost much less than I had originally expected! Thank you, Valley Sanitation, for being such a genuinely caring and professional company in a sea of 2nd rate, money-grubbing, disrespectful contractors now dominating the marketplace!

Their driver also properly diagnosed what our issues was (lift pump) and advised who to call. That got resolved the following morning. Super happy with their service!

Came quickly even though other companies we have used said they couldn't come for weeks. Understood our problem quickly. Diagnosed the right repair. Did the repairs well. And charge a very fair price. Big Al in particular is a great employee who is professional and personable. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

They completed the inspection, told us our problem and possible solutions, and then recommended an engineer to design a new system for us. If you need an inspection I would highly recommend them!

Once we got through all the red tape and got our permits, Valley’s team started on time and finished on time. All inspections passed. The site was left in good order and they even provided top soil which the grass seed took to right away. Highly recommended.
