Friendly and professional and they went above and beyond with a couple small fixes for issues we didn't even know about. Also provided information about some issues we can expect to deal with in near future and gave us some helpful infoyon pricing and payment options. We'll definitely be calling them again.

I had to replace my pump at the cottage and was amazed at how thorough and professional these guys were. They even took away the old pump and intake line. Highly recommended!

More though, is their commitment to put the client first ensuring that they have the answers to make the best decisions. They were the most responsive of the four quotes I received AND sold me what I needed based on facts, not fear as some others did. This is a top notch business and if you are in the market for a water treatment system...I would encourage you to invite Valley Plumbing, Heating and Water Treatment to participate in your selection process. They even polished the copper pipes and made sure all the installation mess was cleaned properly. Very impressive...oh and the system is working amazingly! Also on Aug 6th 2021 I invited them back to install my new Saniflow toilet and sink in the basement. Jason and Mason did a terrific job. I do highly recommend them.

So happy that our staff and clients can drink clean water without using plastic water bottles. They installed it right under our sink, took less than an hour, including the installation of the filtered water faucet.

They also installed a city soft water softener and chlorine removal system because we had Hard Water. We wanted an extra bathroom added to our house so they did the plumbing and shower/fixture installation. They have great customer service and were able to service us quickly.

They were very responsive to a more urgent call for a pressure tank issue where we had no water, and then did a quote for work that was both well-priced (I had an idea of what it would cost so it wasn't unexpected) and then the plumbers did excellent work while they were here. I felt they were very hard working. They gave me good advice that made sense. I'd like to note they also did their best to clean up their work and that is meaningful, appreciated. Every interaction I had with all folks was positive. I will reach out again with any other needs this company can service.

They were able to show up within a couple hours and get us back up and running. Ever since then, every problem or even any questions we had they have been amazing to work with. The original tech who handled the process called me back and spent over 45 minutes with me on the phone for free to discuss my issues. That already made a great impression so I decided to inquire with them about installing an alarm as my system didn't have it. They recommended the NightEye system and were able to install it in just a couple of days. The tech who showed up was incredibly nice, professional and chatty. He made the overall experience very pleasant. Since my sump design is so unusual, the alarm also had to be installed in an unusual way. He explained everything he did in detail and told me that even after I've paid the invoice, if the alarm has any issues and needs adjustments, to let him know and he'll come back and do it at no extra charge. Phenomenal service experience overall. I'll be using these folks again if I need to and will be recommend them to friends in the area.
