I place an order over a month ago. I waited 2 weeks. I finally called to inquire. I was told item was out of stock and will ship out the next day express with extra items to make up for waiting so long no extra charge for shipping. Another week and a half go by. I call again this time I was told items I wanted are no longer available and I can expect refund by the end of the day. Day after that. I get an email. Sorry for the confusion. We got the item we are shipping it out. If you work hard for your money do not waist it here. I don't think they know the meaning of customer service!

I chose one star for the 2 employees who have been good to us in this store although I wish we could choose zero. We will no longer be supporting this business and we will highly recommend AGAINST it in the future. My boyfriend and I were at the downtown store on Monday or Tuesday afternoon of THIS WEEK. We have been there many times before and have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars there. He bought a few things including a small torch type lighter. The employee that day was a nice, friendly young man and he was helpful and polite. We kept the receipt but didn't realize at the time that the printer must have been running out of ink, as it got put in the bag and not looked at right away. But a couple days later, the lighter stopped working and he also couldn't fill it up anymore for some reason. So I took my boyfriend to the downtown store again today, with the receipt...even though it didn't print properly,in hopes of getting a replacement...possibly even spending more money on a bigger one. Not a refund. The employee, who I now understand might be the managers son, right away was very rude, called my boyfriend an idiot, accused him of trying to rip them off and accused him of "playing games" and lieing about the receipt. He refused to even exchange the lighter for something more expensive. My boyfriend was not in the store...maybe 5-7 minutes and thats how quickly the employee resorted to name calling and disrespecting a loyal customer. That is COMPLETELY unacceptable and outrageous. This person should not be working at ANY store if they cannot give decent customer service and treat people properly. What the employee did was disgusting and a disgrace. He had no right to talk to him that way or treat him that way. So, we of course went elsewhere to buy a new torch lighter where they are good, friendly people and he was treated respectfully and courteously...

The business itself had lots of neat stuff but the employee working was looking at his phone the entire time. Which is normally not a problem, everyone has a life outside of work, but he texted during our checkout and actually slowed down the process significantly. Me and my friend bought stuff but having to wait on a guy to finish texting while I'm ready to pay was unprofessional and honestly pretty rude. The store itself was cool but said employee really needs to put the phone down during payment.

Was treated like garbage last time I was there and told to leave for not having a mask even though I have an exemption. I guess their masks only work if I wear one.

Seriously friendly staff and happy recommendations! I couldn't be happier with the advice and I loved the vibes in the store. Clean and well light up, I was able to see the glass I needded and I walked out with some advice and a great cleaner also. Both recommendations have been put to great use and I will come back because of the great staff.
