Beautiful homes. Just gorgeous.

Ties one down to much, have to buy their land and their designs, very limiting.

Visited many different times. Sales rep very polite and friendly. Just not for me.

In my search for new home I visited Place St. Thomas in Embrun, On. Walking into the Valecraft homes I was greeted with genuine warm smiles, with authentic interest, professional and friendly assistance. Thank you to the team because I’ve had much less desired experiences. Embrun is an amazing community to raise a family or simply enjoy small town charm. The quality of the Valecraft homes are exceptional. Even as a “young adult“ in my thirties I love their bungalows! Great layouts that are timeless and modern. I ended up buying a Valecraft home in Orleans but equally loved my experience at both locations. Strongly recommend you consider Valecraft as they are a quality builder wth heart. Regards, Noémie

Went to visit the homes at Place St. Thomas. The customer service, support and flexibility was outstanding. The houses were built with pride and top notch quality. I would recommend Valecraft Homes to anybody that wants to move in a community with trendy home designs that are never the same. Lots of models to choose from. Its a nice feeling to know that such a large company still prioritizes their time in such a way that makes the buyer feel like they are significant and valued.

Well, where do begin.. I purchased a new build home with Valecraft Homes in Embrun and got my keys in February 2021. Adam at the sales center was and is a gem of a gentleman to deal with. Very knowledgeable and great at what he does - A+ for Adam and I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy in Embrun that you will be in great hands with Adam. As for the design team at Valecraft Homes.. I recommend you come prepared with any ideas of what you would like as by the time we found out that we could change a few things (for example the size of our dining room windows) it was too late and nobody had mentioned it to us but both of our neighbors got to change theirs.. so come prepared. They are good at accommodating I was told but only if you mention it even if you think it cannot be done you might be surprised - B+ for design team. Last but not least - the after sales/customer service team and ownership.. as much as Adam in sales is a gem, Customer Service team including Service Manager Debbie and Valeceaft owner Frank are not so much. The only gem in the customer service side of the company is the service technician Zach. One of the hardest working humans I have ever seen and kudos to him for holding down the fort here and doing such great work to distract us homeowners from the b.s dealings we have to deal with everytime we have to contact the disrespectful, ignorant, and not so friendly service manager Debbie. Don't expect Frank the owner to be any better or to respond to any inquiries as after dealing with Debbie you can see where the attitude and ignorance comes from. With that being said, great sales and design team, great home designs and layouts, not so great customer service and after sales communications when it comes to having your deficiencies taken care of. Big C for the customer service team as if it wasn't for the 1 man show of Zach the technician taking care of all the deficiencies in your home it would have been an F.

I purchased my home from Valecraft in 2020. Sales - Excellent, professional and personable. Adam is an exceptional person that was an amazing support during the entire purchasing process. Constriction- no major complaints at all. In fact, I'd say for a new build, very little has happened in the past 2 years, we are very happy with the general construction of our home. After sales Service - here is the kicker. Started out great. Had most of our issues resolved from the 30 day walk through. 2022 is a different story. I understand COVID has effected time lines for everything. But I don't believe COVID has an impact on customer communication. I have been attempting to contact the service team for 3 months now through phone and email communication with no response. The items that I am trying to address are things that have been present since move in. All I'm asking is for some sort of head nod to say that things will be completed. Can't seem to get that. This is the reason I'm leaving 2 stars. I'd love to give this company 5 stars, because some people deserve it, but I can't do that when I'm forced to write a lackluster review to try and shine some light on my plea for simple communication. Please respond to your clients. 1 email takes a few minutes.
