I inquired again through email 2 weeks later making the same general inquiry. I received an auto generated email that said inquiries take 48 hours to get to (understandable). Over 1 week later I received and email back saying: 'Hello, Thank you for your e-mail. You asked about airfare. We are not able to assist with airline travel. We only offer timeshare resort reservations.' That's it, no follow up as to how they might be able to assist me with my trip. My original inquiry was fairly open ended and I would have been open to the potential of booking a timeshare or resort vacation. I have never received good customer service from this company. I will not ever go here to book my vacations and I would certainly recommend that my friends use alternate services. I only give 1 star because I have to in order to submit this review. Otherwise I rate it zero. Hands down zero!!! Thanks to Joellen M from Heroes Vacation Club Customer Service for losing a customer.
