★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to US Border Officer, Mr. Stone, who was nice and had an smile on his 'eyes' (wearing mask for Covid19). Our TN process (my wife and I) went smoothly without any hiccups. We happily got our TN visas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for information regarding traveling to the US for a 24 hour trip. Guy that picks up the phone is stern, curt, and dismissive. Gave me the wrong information as well. I was told I needed a negative PCR test to get into the US. Surprise! A friend that left this morning only needed the $40 Antigen test. Not the $150 PCR.
Would give zero stars if I could. This is part of the job and if you aren't willing to do ALL OF THE JOB, you shouldn't be allowed to have it in the first place. In a world full of misinformation, the government employees should at least be in the loop. Pathetic.
