★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jai voulu retourner un item une journée apres la date limite du deux semaines de retour ( je n'ai pas eu le temps d'y aller dans les délais) et j'arrive là bas et aucune compréhension de leur part, ne veulent pas me faire de note de crédit ni d'échange ! Je ne peux pas croire qu'il n'aurai pas pu faire une exception, je sais que c'est un magasin "grande surface " mais il y aurait quand même eu moyen de faire quelque chose .. vraiment décevant cœur service ! J'ai failli y laisser mon sac de linge à l'entrée, tant qu'à faire il aurait pu le revendre une deuxième fois...
I wanted to return an item one day after the two week return deadline (I did not have time to go on time) and I get there and no understanding from them, do not want me make credit note or exchange! I can't believe it couldn't have made an exception, I know it's a "big box" store but there would still have been a way to do something .. really disappointing service! I almost left my laundry bag there at the entrance, as long as he could have resold it a second time ...

I dress from to @ z and I am never disappointed! For me it is the store to find clothes and the like. I love this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les produits et les prix sont corrects, s'ils sont en solde .. Mais le personnel...ouf que c'est pénible. Tout le monde se cache, personne pour aider ou conseiller. Et la pauvre caissière, toute seule à l'heure de pointe. Temps d'attente épouvantable, les clients laissaient leurs trucs et partaient tellement c'était long. Expérience client horrible. Je déconseille vivement cet endroit. Désolé
The products and prices are correct, if they are on sale .. But the staff ... phew it's painful. Everyone is hiding, no one to help or advise. And the poor cashier, all alone at rush hour. Terrible waiting time, customers left their stuff and left it was so long. Terrible customer experience. I highly recommend this place. sorry
