She is responsive and very helpful in answering all our questions. We would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to submit any development permit to the City to avoid any delay. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an outstanding experience working with Urban options on the sub-division/ rezoning and property Variances of my Properties. Birte has a great knowledge for what she is doing, and is a "true professional". She made my dealing with the city smooth and offered A lot of sound Advice.
I would, and Do recommend Urban options to anyone that is taking on a project requiring additional permits, etc. She also has help me with a lot of insight on properties I was interested in buying getting the ins and outs before making the Buy. Thanks for your hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Birte was a an absolute pleasure. Birte is proficient and has great knowledge on the planning issue one may face in working through applications for development. We didn't have to meet many times, which was great with my busy schedule, but we had fantastic communication via email and phone calls (which she is very good about responding to in a timely manor). With Birte's assistance my application went as well as any I have experienced. I would most certainly use her services again and would highly recommend her. PS Birte's fees are very reasonable.

She always kept us in the loop as to what the next steps were and gave us the option to attend the City Council meetings that were scheduled. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. There was no stress in the process whereas I had attempted the process on my own and was completely stressed out! All I can say is THANK YOU!!! We highly recommend Urban Options and Birte!
