Even when we had issues, she resolved them and even worked with the supplier to get a full replacement done, in record time. The installation crew, led by Max (I believe that's his name) is punctual, professional and friendly. They cleaned up their work area diligently, encouraged feedback and fixed anything we saw. Urban Granite was highly recommended by our cabinet company and I can see why. Their price is in alignment with the other places I got a quote for but from my standpoint, you can't put a price on customer service. In this day and age, I've struggled with companies who take customer satisfaction to heart. With Urban Granite it's at the core of everything they do. You won't be disappointed to trust them for your projects, big or small!
