With the expertise of the URated team, I got a clear picture and the best part is, they are looking after my website, social media and review management (had no idea how important reviews are). β β β β β The team at URated has gone above and beyond to help me and make my job easier. It first started out with a database to help manage my accounts. I had over 100 accounts that I needed to keep up with on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. Previously I had to have this information in a notebook, or file folder and it was never easy. URated was able to set me up with a full CRM that allowed me to view each account, with all the contact information at my fingertips. I was even able to plot out my day from the CRM using Google Maps, which showed me the account locations and the best route to get to them. This not only saved me time but made it extremely easy to interact with my accounts. I also need to mention the automation of sending in timesheets from my product demonstrators, and how easy it was for them to log their time through an app. They helped me get online, develop a website strategy show I could showcase my companyβs product lines to my accounts, as the company I represented did not have a website for our accounts to keep updated and stay informed. Thank you again to the team at URated and all the help they have given me.
