The staff makes it very easy to schedule cleans and rearrange/adjust if needed. I've recommended to several friends as a cleaning service which provides solid value for the price.

Our apartment was NOT in good shape cleanliness wise, and she really went above and beyond working it into top shape. Booking was easy and fast. Will be using services again.

We had issues with our service as the cleaning lady unintentionally damaged our tub by leaving some scratches on it. We raised the issue to upmaid. To our pleasent surprise their management investigated the issue, apologized to us and funded $670 for complete reglazing of the tub. This is the first time in my experience a cleaning company has gone out of the way to correct an issue. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and hence would recommend them. We are all humans and hence can make an unintentional mistake. More important is how you turn around and fix the issue to satisfy your customer. 5 star rating for their professionalism

They disinfected and cleaned it in 5 hours, and it was crystal clean. They gifted me the basket of their supplies for cleaning and disinfection. It’s really nice from their side. I liked the supervisor, who came after the cleaning was done and checked if everything was performed properly. I can say the team is very professional. About their products: I must say the products are really good. The best I liked is that all are ecofriendly and as a mother of 3 small kids, who are chewing everything I really liked this part. I really liked their germicide rut for disinfection, I use it each time entering the home on my phone, bag, glasses. Will recommend for sure.
