They also helped us with advertising which yielded really highly. Their abandon cart sequence was extremely effective and we went from 3% cart to recovery to 18%!

I can’t say the ads were very good for my product and I saw 0 return, which is one thing.. but he offered to make some changes to the ad, I guess to make up for it, and then just disappeared completely for over a week now without returning any emails. I would have accepted him saying that he won’t continue assisting me, but he just left me waiting on an ad he promised to improve. I’m left frustrated and can’t recommend the service.
- changed to 1 star after Upearance’s reply. My price was lowered significantly, and was never considered an issue in the original meeting. This is the first reply I’ve gotten from upearance in about four weeks, and is meant to make me look like I asked too much of him. My product already sells, I tried and failed to expand my sales with Upearance.

Before we hired them, we had a Zoom call with Karim (CEO & Founder). He shared all the services they offer and how they worked. Then, we had onboarding meetings to make sure their team knew our brand well enough to represent it in our email marketing and web design.
We provide insights if we feel there’s something to improve or have any questions in general. On the other hand, they provide their own insights into what we could do better, what could be more efficient, and how we could close and finalize sales more often.
We found Upearance through one of their sales funnels on social media. We wanted help with our marketing, and we ran across one of their ads. From there, we contacted them and got on a Zoom call. They disclosed all the information and were very professional. Everything was genuine and honest. We decided to give it a shot and proceed with them.
How did Upearance perform from a project management standpoint?
The communication is pretty seamless, professional, and honest. We work on a monthly basis and have weekly meetings to give progress updates and see where we’re at and where we can improve.
They’re located in Canada, so the time zones are a bit different. However, they’re professional and never late, and we always find a date that works for both of us. We use Zoom a lot.
They aren’t in it just for the money. Upearance genuinely cares about us and wants us to do well. They care about their customers.
We can talk to Karim and let him know our concerns — he’ll try his best to help us improve.
