I grew up leading a very physically active life from playing in the streets when l was younger to a stint with the Canadian Armed Forces where annual fitness evaluations were performed. My final career was a letter carrier. l had never taken a formal exercise class or done a high intensity workout. After trying the Unleashed high intensity workout l am hooked. l love that you can walk in anytime from 6am-8pm and leave after 30 minutes, sweaty, having worked every muscle in my body to the max. The routines in the separate stations vary and the equipment awesome. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, motivating and walk the talk. Best 30 minute high intensity full body workout that l have done.
