★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AH-MAZING Customer Service!! Mark remotely set up my Hosted VOIP Telephones located in Courtenay on Vancouver Island. He was fast, efficient and very thorough. Since the initial set up I've needed assistance multiple times (adding phone numbers, forwarding phones, recovering data, etc), Mark was quick to respond to all my requests and always in a friendly and professional manner. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Univirtual Systems has just installed an IP Office telephone system as well as all the internet cabling and porting for our company during a move of offices. The installation was done taking into consideration our condition of having our old telephone system running up to 4 pm on a Friday (the day of the move) . Mark, Labowka, from Univirtual Systems, was incredibly accesible and flexible with our timing and managed the change with ease. We had our new IP office phone system up an running by 8 pm on the same Friday in our new location.
Mark from Univirtual Systems was very professional, listened to our needs, made suggestions that improved our systems (made suggestions in a language that was accesible for non IT individuals, which to me is an incredible asset). He did all the trouble shooting with our internet provider to ensure that our Company was completely operational by the end of moving day.
I strongly recommend Univirtual Systems.

I found him to be very responsive to any questions or concerns and on time and on budget! I would recommend Univirtual Systems to any office thinking of revamping or starting from scratch their telecom/ network.

Our business grew to a point where it started to become very difficult to manage High call volumes. We struggled with deciding which company we were going to hire? However, Mark assured us he would deliver on his promises and so far he has gone above and beyond. Plus this man seems to always be available, either by phone or even in person, when we have questions.
We are still in the early stages of enjoying the benefits of this new system but so far we love it. We are very happy with univirtual systems. 5-star review ALL DAY LONG!
