★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good university which looks and feels really modern, especially in the newer built areas. The new dorms are great for students and there are good underground paths in some areas for the height of winter. It’s close to the airport and the city. Also it’s great that it is along the Lake if you want to get out for a run.

But.... just DON'T GO Electronic System Engineering! This is not the right place for you to start your engineering life, it's the worst program in Canada with the lowest average marks. Lack of professors and opportunities. Poor teaching quality and seriously unfair grading system, even there some racists in the faculty they will put you in a tough situation. This horrible situation has been there for a long time, never changed, I feel the only way is to reveal this to the public. Let everyone know the ugly truth.
Seriously not recommend ! Any other program would be so much better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful campus compared to the size of the city. I went there for an exam. The whole campus is smoke free..??. The buildings are well organised i would say as someone like me with 0 geographical sense was able to find the place i was looking for. There are refreshment facilities inside the campus but due to covid thing shops were closed. I bet the campus looks beautiful in summer.
