β β β β β Friendly and helpful service. However, there are still a lot to improve. I would recommend to run a awareness program to let graduate students know how to deal with different issues. What rights they have and how to deal with difficult situation that arise during their graduate program. I feel since most of the graduate students are international students they are not fully aware of their right and how to deal with different issues.
