I	Ilse Fener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brutal. My mother was in hospital. due to the QR code only certain people are allowed to visit ABSOLUTELY illegal to do. I feel terrible for the people who get no visitors,and have no one that will fight for their human rights (a shower) or die alone in this place because of these non sense so called rules. I saw how my own mother got treated if myself or my sister did not visit she still wouldnt have received a shower after 5 days. Doctor told her she could go home. Doctor decided to leave and totally forgot about her. She ended up staying another night because the doctor went home himself.
K	Karlos Lao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service if you don't go with an ambulance. it took me 8 hours to see someone. They pushed me down the waiting list a few times. All the people who came after me to ER went in and they made me wait with a bleeding open wound till midnight. Once I went in the doctor act shocked as for why they didn't send me in first because of the type of injury I had. Don't go there or call for an ambulance so you don't have to deal with the unprofessional customer/patient service desk people.
H	Harvir Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at a hospital. Staff was too busy laughing and making rude/smart remarks than helping the patients. Receptionist originally said the wait time would be a couple hours then after those hours go by she says it would be 10 hours. They also refused patients s/o's and parents to come inside when the patients were crying and clearly scared. The nurses did absolutely nothing to be helpful and comforting to the patients and were extremely rude. They show no respect and do not know how to talk whatsoever. They do not know what they are doing. This is a joke of a hospital. Never ever go here. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
S	S Cannon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like a lot of the other reviewers I found out the wait time posted is merely a suggestion and there doesn’t seem to be logic in the way they see patients. After 4 hours I was told there was still 6 patients ahead of me. I ask to speak with a manager to try and get an understanding how they order the patients but after another 30 minutes no one came so I just left. I called oncology at Vic and they told me to go to St. Joseph’s. What a pleasant surprise. Skip University Hospital. Not sure where management is failing but have to think the don’t give a xxxx attitude at the bottom has to be coming from top.

Pace as my doctor, I was in a lot of pain and in shock after my accident and kindly asked for some water or drink to which all the nurse in charge of me refused rudely. The doctor didn’t assess me properly and quickly made a judgment based off a 30 second assessment and discharged me with minor concussion without explaining to me how to treat myself or get better. I requested nicely for a head scan to which he rudely refused and when I asked for another doctor for a second opinion he refused to allow me to do that. Afterwards he just discharged me and I left feeling horrible. I have been here before with a better experience but on this occasion both the nurse and doctor were very rude

My daughter had Covid and had a hard time breathing, 9.5 hours later after watching staff shuffle their feet and treat other patients completely unprofessionally they told her to go home and check with them in the morning if her symptoms worsened. Both experiences at the place were incredibly disappointing. I understand the stress care worker’s are under but this was next level trash!

Although the doctors here couldn’t find exactly what my issue was, I was treated with respect and dignity. Raquel, my nurse, was incredibly attentive and extremely kind not only to me but the other patients I was near as well. I truly hope she gets a raise and promotion.
C	Chelsey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one to usually leave a review especially a bad one, however after 2 trips now I’m 100% confident that this hospital has the worse staff ever. After waiting 6 hours with a fever and sever pain I was finally taken into a room where o waited another hour. The staff yelled at patients and made multiple jokes about a patient in pain. I have had the same medical issue for years and they had no clue what I was talking about and treated me incorrectly including cutting into my skin without letting the anesthesia work. Absolute worse hospital, the staff needs way better training of at least way better attitudes!
