Атмосфера дружелюбная, общительная... Мы с женой и друзьями покупаем билеты на отдых Universe Tour. Работники просто супер, приветливые и профессионалы своего дела. Есть паркинг для машин, а так же есть специальный паркинг для инвалидов ♿... Рекомендую посетить, обслуживание на уровне... Есть общественный туалет ???и бесплатное подключение ? к интернету WiFi ?...

The atmosphere is friendly, sociable ... My wife and friends are buying tickets for the Universe Tour vacation. The workers are just super, friendly and professionals in their field. There is a parking for cars, as well as a special parking for disabled people ♿ ... I recommend visiting, the service is at the level ... There is a public toilet ???and a free connection ? to the Internet WiFi ? ...

Danny Sverdlin was incredibly helpful- he answered all my questions with full detail, gave helpful advice to us as new travelers and found us a resort that was an amazing fit! Not only did the resort have everything we were looking for, it exceeded our expectations at a great price! I am so happy with how our vacation turned out and it's all because of working with Danny. :)

It was very good organized by Universe Tour.
Special thanks for Svetlana who was our guide .She took care of us and did everything to feel us comfortable and pleasure during the trip. We had real fun to see a lot and stay in the nice hotels. On the end of journey we had opportunity to stay for few days on amazing Garda lake not far from Venice.
It was really fun to be there!
I think all of us enjoyed and have good memory for many years about this time!

Everything was organized very well, we visited so many interesting places and enjoyed the nature and food in both countries. Our bus driver was excellent - always on time, helpful and friendly.
