★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They booked an appointment 4 days in advance and incompetently called the day of asking what has to be done, while I was outside their office. When they could of simply organized the logistics through my dentist to get their ducks in a row. Either their front staff is incompetent at their job or they simply have no organizational structure within their system. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or simply deal with it at your dentist. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
