★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed. My package arrived 8 am in the morning and nobody contacted me. No buzz no call no anything. Left a text asking me to go get it myself. Called customer service, rude and unprofessional lady answered my call telling me that they are unable to deliver my parcel because they called me and nobody answered so they just left with my parcel. That is so not true. I’m at home, 0 calls when they know my number. I asked them to redeliver but they told me they are going to do it in two weeks. I asked can I go pick it up that same day. They refused and told me to pick up from a place thats 1 and a half hours away from my home. Even told me that if I don’t pick up my package they are gonna send it back. Awesome service, please avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home all day, but I suddenly get a text notification that the courier failed to deliver because I wasn't available. Buzzer didn't ring. CCTV didn't capture anyone at the front door. No calls or texts from the courier. They just gave up and sent it 1 hour away from where I live for me to pick it up. And it turns out they don't respond to Google reviews. Why do companies like this exist?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. If you don’t have a good safe drop location, try not to buy from any company that’s uses them or it will be headaches.
They don’t know how to ring a door code. If you miss the first delivery then you have to be available for 8 or more hours per day for 14 days or bye bye package. If you try to correct the address, they’ll still just send it to the wrong one. I suppose you can track to the very inconvenient pick up location and maybe your package will be there.
The most cut rate, low quality service possible. So far, only one in four deliveries has arrived successfully without a lot of trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst shipping companies if I could give them 0 stars, I would. For starters the tracking on their website isn't up to date so you never know when your package is out for delivery, they don't even call or let you know that its been delivered. By the time it said it was delivered my package had been stolen from someone in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many have stated… I normally don't write reviews on google, but I've never had such a bad experience with a shipping company. You are lucky if you will actually able to get your package at their warehouse, and absolutely forget about receiving it at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I have never ever experienced such terrible unprofessional service from a courier company. So yesterday I was supposed to get package then I see on their app delivery failure wrong address WHAT!??? So I call and the less than enthusiastic girl verity’s my address so they don’t have wrong address. She says she will speak to delivery department. So she calls me back and tells me today or tomorrow you’ll get it. Well it’s tomorrow after 5 pm and nothing. I called today spoke to a guy who was basically useless. He tells me I can pick up my package ok I’ll do that but then says but not for a few days!!???? Huh. So supposedly they give these drivers peoples packages which the driver just keeps for days and get this he says there is no way to contact driver. Now I know that’s not true but honestly what a crock of s—-!!!! Unbelievable the worst company ever and I will spend my days writing bad reviews everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package was stolen by the delivery driver. Unfortunately for me they decided to deliver on a day I was not home (funeral on a Sunday). They were able to get into my building and take pictures of my door but it was not there when I came back. My neighbours have not seen it and they do not steal (packages left in front of different doors before for 2 days to a week+).
Customer service was unhelpful and not sympathetic at all because the pictures were "proof". Asked if a note could be in the driver's file in case it happened before or again...but doubt that'll do anything.
If you get a package delivered by them, please track it well and cancel all your plans if it's out for delivery or you might never get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never heard of Uni before but recently a site I ordered from used them to ship my order so I had to look them up to follow tracking and when I read all the awful reviews I felt a bit anxious and expected the worst. I've been following the tracking and saw the item was estimated to be delivered tomorrow but to my pleasant surprise I came home today and saw the package delivered right at my front door! I was so happy! The only thing is that there was no notice it was even supposed to be out for delivery today so I would not have been looking out for it but it wouldn;t matter anyway, as most postal service's usually leave packages at my door and it's fine. Anyway, I just felt compelled to leave a nice review about this company because they seem to get so many bad ones, but my first and only experience so far has been a pleasant surprise so I'm quite happy with them!
