★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bumper repair from a deer, took quite awhile to get in my new bumper, then they didn't want to replace the fog light "because it wasn't there when my vehicle was brought to them" but it was smashed from the deer. It was eventually replaced because this was an insurance claim and was covered the entire time. Then they installed the bottom piece of the bumper wrong so it hung too low and I kept bottoming out when I drove around town. They did finally fix this mistake as well.
