Paul Glover
Paul came to Canada from England in 2004 to drive for Yankee Transfer. Prior to that, Paul was a driver trainer for BP Global, an energy company in the United Kingdom. In 2008, Paul and Paul formed United Transfer. Paul has been driving trucks since he was 18 years old, straight out of school, the passion for transportation begun, but Paul did not stop there, it was a big move to leave the open road behind for an office position, Paul does not regret his decision as he has been able to watch United Transfer blossom into a thriving business servicing Western Canada.
Paul Rigby
Paul came to Canada from England in 2004 to drive for Yankee Transfer. Prior to that, he was a transportation manager for Sainsburys, which is a retailer in the United Kingdom. Paul's skill set for top notch customer service and extensive supply chain experience leaves him as a valuable asset and holds a wealth of information to share with the United Team. In 2008, Paul and Paul formed United Transfer. The rest is History, the Paul’s history.

Sorry you feel this way about our service.Our guy was calling you for over a week as we have many residentials to organise without any issues of customers not returning our calls.
Unfortunately your request to just drop the freight in your yard without a signature is not the way we operate due to theft and being liable for the freight.As it was so late on the Friday night,one of our guys was kind enough to make a detour to your house on his way home.
I told you my name on the phone as you are aware because I also identified myself as one of the owners,i take it you was in full flow of just wanting to be rude to take any notice!
If you are a business owner as stated,Hopefully United Transfer will have the pleasure in delivering in the future to show our true worth.

Package floated around in their warehouse for 10 days, No phone call, No message but felt the need to yell profanities at me, lie and say they had left messages. Owner would not reveal his name. Ultimately delivered to the wrong place by someone in a rusty old 1/2 ton truck. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR EFFICIENT AND TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. There are many, many better choices that deserve your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bathroom experience (although limited to the women’s) was pleasant. The bathroom was nice and warm, in a quiet corner of the building. Although the toilet paper was a solid 2/5, the room freshener, and lotion made up for the butt scratching experience. Would visit again.
