★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to United Rentals trench safety division in Bolton, from the North Bay division, for the purchase of specific sanitary sewer equipment . I explained to Micheal what I was looking for, he quickly explained to me various options and sent me a product catalogue and prices of the different tools I requested. We confirmed the purchase and he went above and beyond with the help of Samantha at the North Bay division for a prompt delivery. As time is always of the essence, Micheal made this happen and I am already after 2 days making a second purchase of tools which I never knew about, that will help save more time and money for the business! I am definitely going to add him to my contact list for future references.
