★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently renting a bobcat from them, they where sure to get us something in a timely matter as snow was here and we were delighted. Any issue you have you can call one time and be sure they are going to be on it to make a solution for you. Dave has been our guy and has done a spectacular job this man deserves a raise thank you for going out of your way to get ahold of us and fix any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a much larger excavator months in advance to the date I needed it. I needed the larger machine to move large rocks and remove large trees and stumps. A week before the date of my rental it was confirmed the the day before the rental I was called to tell me the person Renting the machine before me has decided to keep renting it so now it was no longer available. This left me in a bad position with other workers scheduled to help me, and time off from my job I had to reserve. The agents in Genelle were helpful in finding another machine but it was too small and I only used it for 10hrs out of the 40hrs I was expecting to use. So a waste of my time and money, no discount was offered for the reservation screw up. Obviously the United Rental reservation means nothing. I will not be recommending United Rental to any friends, co-workers or contractor businesses I know.
