★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented pumps from United Rentals multiple times. Great customer service. Whenever Ive had an issue during the rental, they responded quick to get everything running again. Will not second guess using them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 2 experiences with this company. Both left me with the conclusion that they are not concerned with their customers. A "take or leave it attitude". Told by an employee, "Don't come back." Rented a skid steer and it leaked all over my job site. No concern and no compensation once it was pointed out. Second time I rented a skid steer and they charged to top up the fuel tank with diesel. The person who gave me the skid steer did not check level before releasing the machine and did see that it was not completely full. I used skid steer for 2 hours and topped up tank and they claimed they need to put in another 15 litres and charged over $40. This I have found is a very dishonest way to make money and take advantage of customers. Many rental companies do this. They take advantage of customers and then point out their policy. Be careful with this company and take your time. They have a lot of equipment but an attitude that doesn't have much value for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be wary of United Rentals Pump Solutions.
Have one of my contractors sourcing from this company. Delayed my project by well over a week. They promised items they could not deliver and continually gave false statements on delivery times. Making promise after promise that the equipment was on its way to site when in fact it was not. They sent defective hoses and filter pots that were not serviced before bringing to site (leaked like a sieve at every fitting). When a company says they will deliver something to site one day and take a week to finally deliver there's something wrong. I will be pro active with future contractors to sway them from calling United Rental Pump Solutions in the future.
Never had a problem with other departments of United Rentals but this division needs some changes.
An ethical company would be up front with customers and give a realistic time frame.
Time to clean up the office there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ use United Rentals for about 90% of our pumps and fluid storage bins for our sites for well over the past 8 yrs. Customer service has been fantastic. Drivers are courteous, safety conscious and very professional. Deliveries are on time and our crews work around the entire province and deliveries made as promised/ requested.
Admin very friendly and easy to deal with, very personable and relatable. Is everything perfect all the time, nope, but when things don't go right , they do their best to fix things as quickly and easily as they can. We will continue to use their pumps and bins going forward as well. Keep up the great work , especially Katey, Joseph and Bill, thank you for all your work and effort to keep our crews working
