I was treated with respect and given amazing products with an explanation of them and any questions I had after the fact they were always answered via text or phone call. I’ve lost more weight/inches in 1 month following what Manny provided me (a healthy nutritious meal plan) than what I have been doing before for 5 months. He kept me motivated adjusted my meal plan as needed and just kept it real and simple.
