J	John “MKUltra” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very friendly and accommodating but they really have no idea when trains are due to arrive/leave. It's a consequence of how the trains run, I get it, but the updates they send you via email are always inaccurate. I received an email the morning of my departure saying my train would be leaving an hour early, and then it ended up leaving 6 hours late. Really annoying if someone is waiting to pick you up. Same situation on my return trip too. They also only accept cards with raised numbers for some reason. My visa couldn't be accepted because its a custom card with printed numbers.

I lived in England ?? for almost 5years and had a smooth journey to work and back home as fast as possible and had access to ANYWHERE in London and outside London ? ? using the speed trains. I can't say the same about ?? ? ?? ? winnipeg. So annoying. Something has to be done about this ? ? ? ?. I find that winnipeg,?? finds it amusing by making life hard for people without vehicles of theirs
E	Erin Houle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Train station website isn't %100 reliable in booking your trip. Make sure you call in your reservation trip. I learned the hard way and had to pay full price to board a train which is %50 extra . Trains always delayed and never on time. With this in consideration, don't expect customer service upon arrival, even if your on time and have to wait in the cold for hours. I expected a discount or credit at least for the website not working or the train leaving 2h4 15min late from its origin.(Winnipeg). This doesn't include you meals if ur hungry waiting or the failed travel arrangements you have made when you arrive at destination. ie; taxi fare because your friend waited for hours, and u didn't show up on time late at night. :(
C	CY Siu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean spot. A museum is attached to this as well. I enjoyed the history plaques along the side to show what it used to look like. Smaller than the Toronto one but it is still beautiful
