R	Rey J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have really enjoyed this place the last few weeks. Good size outdoor seating to enjoy the weather. Diverse options for a variety of diets. Main courses are generally larger portions and the appetizers are quite tasty. Their menu has been changing (which I like) and the kitchen has been open to feedback. I've been here three times already and would recommend to others. Would recommend the steak options, gnocchi, and most of the appetizers.
J	Jithin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb!!. Excellent service with really good sense of the menu. Coffee & ancho short rib is top notch it’s a must try dish. Amazing blend of flavours even the creaminess of potatoes is just phenomenal. With Tokyo style hot chicken’s combination with sticky rice is good enough. Calamari was just ok for me, still it goes well with the dip. I think you must try it in 6 weeks as they change the menu after that. It’s a brave move for a local restaurant, as they are introducing fresh taste to the community every 6 weeks. So I believe it’s a place to visit for all the Hamiltorian’s (can it be considered to something??)
A	Andrea Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome dinner here. We sat at the bar and had such a good time with all the staff we interacted with. My partner enjoyed many drinks that were offered by the bartender. I also recommend their mocktails! Our apps were delicious, we ordered fried artichokes and the arancini. So crispy and flavourful, I definitely recommend the arancini. Our mains were beef short rib and crispy salmon. Although, we waited quite a while for our mains to follow the apps, the staff entertained us in the meantime :) love the art by Dope Chief and the atmosphere of the space. Open kitchen, so you can see the symphony hard at work!

I would recommend the chef's table if you are looking for a balanced vibe within the restaurant, just close enough to the action in the kitchen while having some personal space.

Just updated their menu for the beginning of November 2021, some great classics and new items I can tell will be my future faves. We went for a friend's birthday and they were super accommodating of our request for a secret dessert at the end (roasting marshmallows right at your table?!), and had great service throughout as always. Food was delicious - we got the hanger steak, massaged kale salad, and roast sweet potato gnocchi. All was incredibly fresh. We were in and out in about an hour, food was served quickly, and we didn't feel rushed. Can't wait to come back again!
F	Fernando Guazo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meats cooked for more than 20hours, smoked cocktails served in a crystal skull, fig with gorgonzola and blue cheese is something that you will find in this place. When you are looking for something refreshing and new is hard to find places like this just reading over internet, at least in Hamilton. I came here due a colleague recommendation and I didn't know what to expect. The staff is really kind, worried that you will have the best experience. I can't tell about what to expect other than you are going to love it if you like to try something different. Cocktails and entrees are delicious and there is a nice variety of them. It's the place to bring a date or to meet with you very best friends. The deco is unique and the kitchen is open which for me is a great way to understand the amount of work and time is put into everything. Come here, relax, try something different and leave a nice tip.
C	Claudia Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely sit at the bar. Great friendly bartenders mixing up fantastic cocktails. I had the shrimp risotto and muscles. Definitely ordering again. Delish!! Sauce could be a little heavier on the muscles but overall fantastic quality. There were two empty tables but hostess gave us the bar seat and tables stayed open all night. Thought that was a little rude but happy I got to sit at the bar and get excellent service. Returning yes!
K	Kelly Mckay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time here and definitely will not be our last! The atmosphere, Vibe, service, Food and drinks were spot on! Loved our whole evening from the moment we walked in. Our server was Mike and he made sure we had the best time. The food was amazing we had the chicken and waffles nashed up cause I mean that should be an appy right! The chicken was so tender, the waffle so fluffy, and the sweet, spicy ratio was bang on every bite got better! Also has the short dibs, they were so tender the mashed potatoes so smooth and delicious. Paul decided to have a the juicy Lucile burger and devoured it. Finally I had the kale Salad with the hanger steak, the steak Was cooked perfect, the combination flavours and textures in the salad I loved. Next time I do think the salmon would be there better protein option for this salad and flavours, but I was feeling for some Steak. Overall the drinks were so fun well made, the food was delicious and the service was unreal! We will definitely be coming back
