★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu de cette agence. J'ai appliqué pour un poste précis et rendu au bureau on m'a envoyé à un autre poste différent de celui appliqué à durée limitée, que j'ai appris le dernier jour d'emploie.
J'ai eu aucun retour de l'agence, si ce n'est que mon 4% sans aucun contact de leur part.
C'est vraiment pas professionnel.
 Very disappointed with this agency. I applied for a specific position and returned to the office I was sent to a different position than the one applied for a limited time, which I learned on the last day of employment.
I had no feedback from the agency other than my 4% without any contact from them.
It's really unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai d'abord été embauchée pour le poste de Caissière en remplacement chez Desjardins. Dès mon entretien j'ai été charmée par le dynamisme qui régnait dans les bureaux, la camaraderie et l'entraide étaient clairement au rendez-vous.
J'ai adoré ma formation pour le poste de caissière avec une formatrice plus que qualifiée et merveilleusement sympathique.
J'ai travaillé environ trois mois dans les caisses où ma moyenne d'heures a pleinement été respectée (23.33333 périodique très exactement ;) ). Mon expérience en caisse a été géniale. J'adorais les points de service où je travaillais, j'offrais le meilleur service possible et je crois qu'on me le rendait bien.
Une ouverture à l'interne au recrutement s'est présentée à moi et je l'ai saisie. J'avais envie de travailler avec cette belle équipe qui m'avait charmée lors de mon entretien d'embauche en caisse et de ma formation. Je n'ai pas été déçue ! Je suis à ce poste depuis 2 mois et j'en suis très heureuse.
Je sais que je fais partie d'une belle et grande famille qui a à coeur le bonheur et la satisfaction de ses employés et je suis heureuse de pouvoir participer à faire de même tous les jours.
Bien sûr il y a des expériences moins agréables pour certains et c'est la vie. Mais la compagnie en tant que telle ne serait pas ce qu'elle est aujourd'hui s'il ne s'agissait pas d'une merveilleuse entreprise!
I was first hired for the position of Cashier to replace Desjardins. From my interview I was charmed by the dynamism that reigned in the offices, the camaraderie and mutual aid were clearly there.
I loved my training for the cashier position with a more than qualified and wonderfully friendly trainer.
I worked about three months in the cases where my average hours were fully respected (23.33333 periodical exactly;)). My checkout experience has been great. I loved the points of service where I worked, I offered the best possible service and I think they made it good for me.
An opening to internal recruitment came to me and I grabbed it. I wanted to work with this beautiful team who had charmed me during my job interview at the checkout and my training. I have not been disappointed ! I have been in this position for 2 months and I am very happy.
I know that I am part of a beautiful and large family that has the happiness and satisfaction of its employees at heart and I am happy to be able to participate in doing the same every day.
Of course there are less pleasant experiences for some and that is life. But the company as such would not be what it is today if it were not a wonderful business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manque total de professionnalisme et de respect envers les candidats de la part de Catherine. Elle m’a fait miroiter des possibilités intéressantes, parce que je remplissais tous leurs critères. Au final, j’ai perdu près de 2 semaines. On m’avait assuré qu’il y avait une forte demande pour des ATP en Estrie et comme je ne veux pas faire mon stage à la pharmacie ou je fait affaire, ce n’est plus possible que je sois éligible pour la formation, même si j’étais prête à couvrir le secteur de l’Ange-Gardien jusqu’à Sherbrooke. Lors de l’entrevue, elle m’avait pourtant assuré qu’il y avait plusieurs autres pharmacies pour faire les stages. Apparemment elle a une candidate pour Granby et ça serait suffisant. Alors pourquoi est-ce qu’elle affiche aux 2 jours une formation pour les gens de Granby ? Bref, une vraie perte de temps pour les candidats et à la place des pharmacies qui retiennent leurs services je me poserais sérieusement la question suivante : Est-ce que je gagne vraiment du temps à retenir les services de Umanico ?
Total lack of professionalism and respect towards the candidates on the part of Catherine. She dangled me with some interesting possibilities, because I met all of their criteria. In the end, I lost almost 2 weeks. I was assured that there was a strong demand for ATP in Estrie and as I do not want to do my internship at the pharmacy or I do business, it is no longer possible that I am eligible for the training, even if I were ready to cover the Ange-Gardien sector as far as Sherbrooke. During the interview, however, she assured me that there were several other pharmacies to do the internships. Apparently she has a candidate for Granby and that would be enough. So why does she post a training course for the people of Granby every 2 days? In short, a real waste of time for candidates and instead of pharmacies who retain their services, I would seriously ask myself the following question: Am I really saving time by retaining the services of Umanico?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais donner ZERO étoiles je le ferais... rencontre avec Alytza pour un poste ATP.... 1. me faire renotter un vieux courriel d'y a plusieurs années avec ExcelPharma, ancien nom de Umanico... quand on se fait miroiter un poste et qu'on se fait refuser par la suite, normal d'être fâchée!!
2. Apprendre qu'ils scrutent à la loupe TOUS vos comptes de réseaux sociaux pour vérifier vos commentaires et par la suite se justifier, c'est vraiment dégueulasse...
Me faire dire que TOUS les employeurs vérifient vos moindres écrits, PURE MENSONGE!!! Vous avez changé de nom... avez-vous quelque chose à cacher????
J'ai réecrit à Umanico pour leur signifier mon refus de tout poste et d'oublier ma candidature... plus JAMAIS d'agences TERMINÉ!!!!
If I could give ZERO stars I would ... meet Alytza for an ATP position .... 1. get an old email renewed several years ago with ExcelPharma, former name of Umanico ... when we meet dangles a position and we are subsequently refused, normal to be angry !!
2. To learn that they scrutinize ALL your social media accounts to verify your comments and then justify themselves, it's really disgusting ...
Tell me that ALL employers check your every writing, PURE LIE !!! You changed your name ... do you have something to hide ????
I wrote back to Umanico to notify them of my refusal of any position and to forget my candidacy ... NEVER agencies TERMINATED !!!!
