This Ultramar on Harwood in Hudson was the worst customer service i Ever experienced Sarurday jan 6th. 1 pm. It was -24 with windshiield -35conditions, Pump no 1 was not working. Note on punp states to pump first, pay inside after. Tried to attempt to pump, but nothing was coming out or happening. Looked over. All other pumps were occupied. After trying to motion customer service rep inside to help, went in cold and asked for assistance. She RUDELY said if i pumped it would work. I told her its Not pumping and asked if she can help. Her attitude was not helpful and worh her lack of help and empathy it reahmte me leaving angry and decided to now go to another pimp. It said it was β€œNot workkng.” In ftench. Went to another pump. ot said the same thing. Now realizing she has turned ALL pumps OFF on me. Seriously? how disturbing how thos custoner servixe rep reacted to this very infortunate situatuon is beyond acceptsble. Ill be taking yhos to bead office

Can you imagine the rudest person you have ever met, well today I met the rudest person ever when I tried to purchase petrol from this service station. it was 830 on a Sunday morning, it isnt what she said that angers me but it is how she said it. I tied to pass her my credit card but she went on and on about a list of instructions. No good morning no hello no nothing I disturbed her morning routine of sleeping on the job. Anyhow left without buying any petrol. I didnt want her to affect my perfect morning besides I never buy anything from a rude person who thinks they are God gift to humanity. I hope the owners will give their staff a short customer service course before planting them at the cash serving customers.

The prepay on the pumps barley ever work, they put a note saying pump and pay inside rather than just fixing their machines. During colder seasons NEVER go right away in the morning all pumps are extremely slow and give out gas 2 cents at a time. I’m not waiting 30 minutes outside to pump $20 of gas, they need to fix their problems rather than ignore them. I am only giving 2 stars because of their customer service staff. Always greeted me with the kindest of hellos and good mornings along with the other staff members who are just as helpful.

Owner verbally assaulted (excessive yelling and cursing) a client who was a minor, as well as myself who attempted to deescalate the situation. Extremely unprofessional - very unsettling and shocking. I will go out of my way to avoid this station. Paying at pumps is a hit and miss. Also owner has removed all buckets with squeegee and no paper towels to handle gaz nozzles.. especially these days with Covid. I complained about it and the owner totally disregarded my comments. He provides bare minimum.
