★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsqu'on paie avec débit et qu'on demande un retrait, on se fait dire qu'il y a un guichet derrière nous (avec des frais d'utilisation). C'est le seul dépanneur que je connais qui fait ça dans la région.
 When paying with debit and requesting a withdrawal, we are told that there is a counter behind us (with user fees). It's the only convenience store I know that does that in the region.

Je vais prendre du gas, récemment. Et pour la seconde fois en 3 semaines, ma carte est refusée. Pourtant, elle est approvisionnée. Je vais donc payer au comptoir en expliquant que ça ne fonctionne pas
La commis, arrogante et incompétente, me réponds que ça fonctionne bien pour les autres!
Il faudrait peut-être que le personnel soit formé à être respectueux envers les observations du client. Or, pour cette employée, le respect et l'écoute sont loin d'être son point fort. Merci.
No more than a single star.
I'm going to have some gas, recently. And for the second time in 3 weeks, my card is refused. Yet she is supplied. So I will pay at the counter explaining that it does not work
The clerk, arrogant and incompetent, tells me that it works well for others!
Staff may need to be trained to be respectful of client comments. However, for this employee, respect and listening are far from being her strong point. Thank you.
