Mais sa sert a rien, pas moyen de rien acheter avec des employés autant irresponsables! Horrible service! Young staff who fool around outside smoking instead of serving customers. It's a shame because the building is top with a lot of products available. But it's useless, no way to buy anything with such irresponsible employees!
S	Sylvain Laliberté on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance familiale (oui je sais c'est spécial de dire cela d'un dépanneur / station service) mais quand tu y es allé quelques fois, les employés te reconnaissent, "jasent" et se souviennent de toi. Très bon service, essence pratiquement toujours égal ou en deçà du prix listé aux alentours. Family atmosphere (yes I know it's special to say that of a convenience store / gas station) but when you've been there a few times, the employees recognize you, "chat" and remember you. Very good service, gasoline almost always equal to or below the price listed around.

Mais il a compris que bien servir ses clients c'est de mettre des efforts pour les servir en Français. Et pour ceux qui aiment la bière de Micro il y a du choix. Excellent service, owner whose mother tongue is not French. But he understood that serving his customers well means putting effort into serving them in French. And for those who love Micro beer there is plenty to choose from.

En arrivant accueil bête et froid du proprietaire, regarde vite les colis a terre en disant que mon paquet est pas la. Je lui demande poliment de regarder une 2e fois, il le fait encore rapidement, me disant que c'étais pas son probleme, d'apeller UPS, qui fesais pas d'argent avec cela, que c'étais un service qui rendais bla bla bla.... oui mechant bon service que tu me rend. Regarde sur l'application pour confirmer, je lui demande de vérifier une 3e fois si jamais, il me dit d'aller voir moi meme, qu'il est tanné d'UPS, pousse l'audace a dire a un client que ''je le crois pas, que mon colis est pas la'' et SURPRISE SURPRISE, je trouve mon colis.... Quel con. No, but what a bad experience for just going to pick up a simple UPS package because they are a point of Service. Arriving at the owner's stupid and cold welcome, quickly look at the packages on the ground, saying that my package is not there. I politely ask him to look a second time, he does it again quickly, telling me that it was not his problem, to call UPS, who made no money with that, that it was a service that made blah blah blah .... yes nasty good service you do me. Look on the application to confirm, I ask him to check a third time if he ever tells me to go see myself, that he is tired of UPS, pushes the daring to tell a customer that '' I do not believe it, that my package is not the '' and SURPRISE SURPRISE, I found my package .... What a con.
