I found Ultimate Party Services through a Google Search. I recently had a holiday party / house warming party. Marissa was helpful leading up to the event. She always answered my calls and emails regarding questions about the event. The pricing was fair and her professionalism helped me to feel calm about the planning process. All of the rentals were dropped off the day before the event. They were late to arrive, Marissa texted me to tell me some of the items I rented broke and she would be sending something different as a replacement, the delivery guys showed up and began to drop boxes in my living room. They told me "we don't do stairs" and they were "dropping off only." My expectation was that Marissa would be onsite to ensure everything was set up for the event as we had rental tables/chairs/linens/life size and games/carpets/decorations/dishes/etc. When I called her to confirm there was no set up, she didn't answer the phone, when I texted her she responded saying "yes, its a drop off only", I responded "that was not made clear, please phone me" and she said she wasn't available until 4:30pm. (5-hours later). Needless to say I had to set everything up myself which was a huge job and very tiring. We were also left with over a dozen huge boxes that we had to figure out where to store during the party. I wish I had known bc I would have factored the set up into my day, I had a million other last minutes things to do to prep for the party when I had taken the day off work to do, having to set up the entire party, meant I was running around the day of the party and was ready for bed by the time everyone arrived. Lastly, the rentals Marissa gave us were old, the linens were stained, one of the nut crackers had a cracked face (and cost $50 to rent.) For the amount of time and money it would cost to hire someone to do the set up, next time I will hire a company who does it all and pay more.

It was a pleasure to work with Ultimate Party Service! I was in a crunch and needed specific piping for my event. Marisa was so helpful and accommodating! I really appreciate the extra attention she spent on making sure I had the correct items. Would definitely recommend!

Marisa was super easy, and a delight to deal with....... I just wish she informed me before I paid her, and agreed to rent it, that the karaoke machine that I rented from her, is partially not working, and therefore needs a secondary speaker to hook up to. She did not give me any instructions, as I am not an expert at setting up speakers, and her excuse was, I should have called, and it was my fault. I wish she had some sympathy, but she did not, not even offering an apology....The Karaoke rental we got was VERY outdated, such a waste of time and money, and felt very scammed.

Ultimate Party Services is my go to when planning parties. They saved my life when another company backed out last minute. Marisa was so helpful and wonderful to speak to. Peter was very quick and efficient when setting up/picking up. They will forever be my go to rental company.

I needed a number of high quality director chairs urgently for a video shoot. The staff at Ultimate Party Services couldn't have been more accommodating. They answered my calls and responded to my emails after hours and were very flexible on times when we could pick up the items we needed. All this on a long weekend to boot! I'd highly recommend working with them for any event or party services in the future as I definitely plan to use them again.

(Even if it means serving their clients after hours) They ensure their rental equipment meets the gold standard. They are a resourceful company and will even go as far as purchasing items or making referrals if they may not be able to meet the "specific" needs of your event. This lets me know that there is a genuine desire and love for what they do and the clients they serve. - Happy customers are repeat customers.
