Uli's Restaurant

Huge serving, really delicious dishes and outstanding service. Although our orders are not shareable, I tasted each of our orders and each dish has its distinct flavor so there's no favorite ? We truly enjoyed each dish that we had: paella, Burger 5.0, steak frites, UFC; burrata with crustini and calamari as starters. It's my niece's birthday, it's so generous of them to serve a complimentary dessert called Financier cake with vanilla ice cream. Dean, our server on that night is really commendable. Went here on a double date last night and had a great time. Fantastic location (great view of the water) and ambience, great food, and a special shout-out to our server Charles who was awesome. The burgers and Brie were absolutely delicious. Need to visit again soon!

Came here in the summer this year, heard good things about this place. We walked in, the atmosphere was cute and relaxed. I realized that I made the reso for the wrong date but they were nice enough to accommodate us! But the food itself I was not really impressed. For appy I got the oyster rockefeller and it was good, but not great, I have had alot of oysters, so I do mean what I say. It was decent though. The main is what I main have a problem with. Dinner I had the gnocchi and it was too sweet was loaded with gnocchi and the protein felt like it got lost in the dish. Then my friend had their paella. I have to say that dish had no flavor, didn't feel like there was any salt on the dish or anything in terms of flavor. The rice felt overcooked. It just tasted lumpy… I felt so bad for my friend cause they had a hard time eating the dinner and left more than half behind. Honestly, I dont know if I would eat here again. Maybe I should have tried their burgers as that is more popular there but you just dont expect the other dishes to be that bad. I would have gave one star but since they were nice enough get us seated, I had to at least give them a two. Sad though, I really had higher hopes for this place

Yum Yum If you are a burger aficionado this is a must stop. No ketchup please . These burgers are spectacular try with a few different toppings - choices such as deep fried pickles or candied shallots. Make this summer a burger and red wine discovery and treat yourself to a mouth watering treat.

Uli’s original burger and the calamari - everything tasted incredible with great flavour. Ambience is top notch on the patio overlooking the white rock pier and the water. Service was super friendly. The wait was very long to get a table but it was worth it!

We came here for dinner Saturday night. It was our first time here and we were excited to check it out as we have heard many wonderful things. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as good as it could be I don't think. We arrived shortly after 8 and didn't get our drinks until after 8:30. We both got a MaiTai and they were fantastic! It took a very long time to get our food - about 50 minutes. My fiance ordered a 4.0 burger with added bacon, as suggested by our server. He also subbed in seafood chowder for an extra $5 instead of fries. I had a Reuben sandwich in gluten free bread and I also subbed in the seafood chowder. My Reuben was quite amazing. It was very tasty! Both of our chowders were barely luke warm. That was disappointing, but we were hungry so didn't send them back. My fiance's burger was very good, except for the bacon which was inedible. Our server only came to check on us once at the very beginning after our first bites. The first bites were fine and didn't include any bacon. After that though, the bacon had to be removed because it was so hard and could not even be chewed. When my fiance pointed it out to the server at the end of the meal the server said something like, well, you could have told me when I checked in you after your first bite. I find that to be rather disrespectful, especially since he didn't come back to check on us so that we could say anything after that. He took the $4 bacon addition off the menu and offered desserts. We did not have room for desserts and didn't want desserts. The server said the kitchen was having a really difficult time that evening so I'm hopeful that this experience was an anomaly.

The manager was super friendly and the food was good. We had the crab cakes and Vegan Burger. I wouldn't score Uli's five stars however, simply because the service/food doesn't match the price. The prices are high for what your offered. Plus the inside and outside patio isn't very nice, it's those places you visit once, but not regularly.

Let's start with the service. Wonderful! Everyone from the host/hostess, servers, chef, and manager were awesome. Our sever/manager was pumped to have us and equally pumped about the food we were about the eat. The vibe was chill. We had the steak (locally sourced and Donia farms), mushroom risotto, Uli's burger which came with skinny fries, yes skinny fries, and a Financier Cake for dessert. I'd go back just for the dessert. Everything was cooked to perfection. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu soon.
