During these stressful times of distancing we needed an auction sale due to a move that would not allow us to keep everything. We contacted Karla and she was so helpful including the day we brought the items to the auction house. Karla and staff were very professional and the work entailed for them to set up and photograph all items to go online is immense. The end result was better then expected. Thank you once again ,this service is highly recommended.

Fees were misleading when I spoke with them on the phone they said it's not the first complaint theyve had about it, so they're aware it's misleading and choose to leave it. Essentially found a way to rip off newcomers and still blame the customer for misunderstanding. I Was also sold something with a lock and no key on it (there was no mention of that before sale) which is either from disorganization or something sketchier still waiting on a reply from the message I left on the phone. Either way not impressed and won't be dealing with them again.
