So I can have my computer upgraded and fixed within a few hours. strong recommend him to everyone and any issue of your computer. He is the best in Vancouver.

โ โ โ โ โ Paul provided excellent, responsive service, diagnosed the problem and fixed the motherboard so I can continue using my five-year-old Macbook Pro for many more years. The price was also very reasonable -- I will return to UHelpCo for any future repairs!

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing customer service and really quick repairs. My laptop's charging jack broke on a Sunday few days before I had to submit some crucial school work. I called these guys to help and they pick it up right away near UBC. I was expecting to receive it the next day, but these guys pleasantly surprised me and repaired it on the same day. they also did extra work and cleaned the fans/motherboard and repaired the plastic frame to make sure that the charging jack doesn't break again. They did this free of charge! best laptop repairs in Vancouver is not a joke or exaggeration...

โ โ โ โ โ I wanted to thank Paul for all help and efforts done. A half glass of Jaggermeister has been spilled on my laptop. I searched many pc repair stores and i went one store at Main Street named JNRJ. The person working there started the laptop and claimed its working fine w/o opening inside! I immediately took laptop from there and look for other places. Later i found UHelpCo and met with Paul. He helped me a lot as well as he sent photos of the parts. There was a huge mess inside. He is very professional, kind and trustworthy. I'm really happy that i have encountered with Paul.I definitely recommend his business.

โ โ โ โ โ I spilled tea all over my external hard drive that contained all of my work and the interior was flooded. Paul took the drive in on Friday afternoon, sent me timely updates on his progress throughout Saturday, and had the drive ready for pickup by Sunday. He recovered all of my data, and even moved it onto a brand new hard drive for me. This was all done at an astonishingly low flat rate for the service, and a price for the new hard drive lower that was lower than the market value. I cannot recommend this service enough for all computer-related needs!

โ โ โ โ โ Had an amazing remote experience with Paul. A friend who is disabled had been scammed by a supposed Amazon, she is housebound and lives by her computer. Her computer is using linux as its operating system, something we were not familiar with. Paul managed to rectify things by remotely talking us thru it. All this at no charge. Hands down would use him again. Very friendly and easy to chat with. Thank you so much Paul

โ โ โ โ โ Paul rescued my gaming laptop from a massive coffee spill. he was able to meet very quickly with his emergency drop-off location for spills. The laptop came back working perfectly. he even offered extended help and advice after I picked it up for days until I was feeling like the laptop was back to 100%. Paul will be my guy until I leave the area and I will be recommending him to anyone I can.

They're affordable, easy to contact, and always are responsive, even late at night. They're extremely dedicated to their business, and I highly recommend.
